Vendor Application Form
We are now accepting applications for our event on Sunday 6th August 2017.
Vendors will be selected based on fit with the festival theme.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vendors will supply their own tables, chairs and tents.
Vendors will be set up and ready for the start of the festival.
Vendors will stay until the end of the festival and will not start packing up before festival end.
Vendors will ensure that they are suitably certified and insured for the service they are providing.
Vendors will ensure that equipment they use are in safe working order.
Vendors will ensure that they keep their space tidy and free from trip hazards.
Vendors will take their own garbage home at the end of the day and will ensure that their space is left tidy.
Vendors agree to the refund policy.
Vendors will promote the event.
Vendors will have fun and enjoy themselves immensely!
Wearing of costume is not mandatory but it sure would be nice to see.
Vendors belief in magic.
A full refund will be given if a vendor cancels their space up to 1 month before the event.
50% refund will be given up to 2 weeks before the event.
No refund will be made if a vendor cancels less than 2 weeks before the event.
Full refund will be given if the organizers cancel the event.
